Refund policy

5. Technical issues (digital delivery)

If you do not receive your access email or encounter issues with links or downloads:

Please first check your spam/junk and promotions folders;

2.

If you still cannot find your access, contact us within 7 days of purchase at the email below, including your name, email and order number.

We will re-send your access or provide alternative access as soon as reasonably possible. If, after reasonable efforts, we are unable to restore access, we may provide a refund or credit for the affected product.

 

2. Digital products (supplier access, guides, training)

2.1 General no-refund policy

Once a digital product has been delivered (e.g. access link shown on the confirmation page and/or sent by email), we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, except as set out in this policy or where required by law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

You are buying digital access and information, not physical stock.

Results (including income or sales) will vary based on your own effort, budget, marketplace activity and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular financial outcome.

2.2 Exceptions

We may provide a refund or credit in the following situations:

Where the product is explicitly sold with our 90-Day First-Sale Guarantee (see Section 3);

Some specific products may include our 90-Day First-Sale Guarantee. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page and/or checkout badge. If a product does not mention the guarantee, it is not covered.

3.1 What we promise

If you:

Follow the system and implement the steps we provide for 90 calendar days from the date of purchase; and

2.

Can show evidence of consistent effort during that period; and

Still do not achieve a single sale using the method outlined,

then we will:
